This is a staff development course, primarily intended for those working in professional service departments or in support roles in the schools.
This course provides a breakdown of elements expected in a robust business case; incorporating techniques for identifying productivity and efficiency improvements, and cost-benefit analysis.. Completing the coursework element can contribute to the achievement of a Level 5 Award or Certificate accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
