This module equips students with the skills and understanding needed to study for a degree in Geography. Weekly tutorials throughout the first and second semester will introduce students to study skills (such as reading, note-taking and referencing, essay writing, recognising and responding to feedback, making effective presentations, preparing for examinations), as well as providing a forum for reflecting on topics and themes dealt with in other modules.
